Counseling
My current rate is $140 per hour session. Payment is due at each session by cash or check.
Assessment
Prices will vary depending on the individual’s need. An IQ test alone may cost $500. A full psychoeducational assessment may cost between $2000-3000. Prices include a feedback session and a comprehensive report with recommendations. Any other additional services (such as attending meetings), are not included. An estimate of fees will be agreed upon by all parties prior to the start of the assessment. Partial payment of 50% is due after the initial session. The balance will be due at the final feedback session.
Educational Consultation & Advocacy
My rate for consultation and advocacy is $140 per hour. Payment is due at each meeting by cash or check.
Insurance
Services for psychotherapy may be covered fully or partially by your health insurance. If you have PPO insurance, you may be eligible to be reimbursed at an out-of-network rate. It is your responsibility to find out what coverage you have and if it has any limits or limitations. I do not submit claims directly to your insurance company, but upon request, I can give you a “super bill” which you can then submit to your insurance company for any reimbursement you are eligible for.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
You will be charged what you pay for a regular session if you do not attend a scheduled appointment or call to cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you need to re-schedule, I will try to find you an opening the same week if available. Please try to keep your regularly scheduled appointment, as therapy is more effective if attendance is
